STEP 1.
The first step in breaking old habits is deciding what new ones
habits you want to create with the energy of your life. Start asking
yourself these questions:
* How do you want your life to be?
* What habits do you need to eliminate?
* What positive habits do you need to develop so that you
life looks how you want it to look?
These wishes must be realistic and achievable. What is your
intuition telling you what you should be doing?
Listening to your intuition is one of the smartest ways
things you can do with your life energy. Your intuition
always guides you in the perfect direction for you. That
is that little voice that is not affected by egos, past
failures or opinions of other people. Is your inner guide
light.
In your journal, take notes of what your intuition tells you
on strategies and resources that could empower you.
STEP 2.
Crystallize your thinking. Determine what specific objectives
you want to achieve.
What habits are you letting go?
What habits are you creating instead of the old ones?
Your goals should be specific, measurable, and realistic.
To do this, you will have to avoid foggy thoughts, such as “I
wants to lose weight. “What does that really mean?
subconscious mind in order to serve you must receive very
specific directions.
STEP 3.
Develop a sincere desire for the things you want.
Desire is the starting point of all achievement. Is he
greatest motivator of all human action.
Their mind is often more motivated by images and
visualization of what it is with words and written exercises. Tea
the right side of your brain is where your creativity comes from,
and thrives on images. Many times the right side of your
brain takes precedence over the left side, which thrives on
words. In the past, you may have written words to
Reach your goals. Add this new dimension to your process.
Draw, cut out pictures or take pictures of whatever you want
in the life. Put pictures on your fridge, in your bathroom
mirror, or any place that reminds your subconscious mind
of your wishes to reinforce your goal.
Every thought you have uses electrical energy to print a new
picture in your subconscious mind. The efforts of your
subconscious mind must match the images in your mind with
reality.
The more you deliberately plant images of what you want, the more
the faster you will attract it into your life. It’s very important
that you allow yourself to fantasize about what you want in
your life – let your imagination run wild!
To achieve what you want in life, you must think about
that. There are no limits except the ones we set ourselves. This
it’s your life and you’ll be fooling yourself if you don’t go
For whatever you want! You must feel your success before you can
manifest it in reality.
STEP 4.
Develop a plan to achieve your goal and a deadline for your
achievement. The difference between a “wish” and a “goal” is
that the objective is written. Once you have a clear picture
of what you want in life, your conscious and subconscious mind
they can work together to achieve it.
When you prioritize and focus, you can literally see what
want; This gives you the power of concentration. Deliberate
Concentration is like a laser beam: it can pass through any
obstacles in your way.
STEP 5.
Distinguish between objectives and activities. An objective is the specific
end result you want to manifest in your life. The activities are those
things you do to achieve your goals.
Use the skill of awareness and remember the goal. Do not get
caught up in activities.
STEP 6.
Create deadlines for your goals.
With no deadlines, your brain doesn’t have a clear picture of
what you want to create. Deadlines have a magical way of
motivating us to produce results.
Write your goals * for one year * on paper first, then write
all the activities you will have to do to achieve each goal.
Start by asking yourself what is the first activity you
should you do to get started with this goal? Then write each
next activity that will bring you closer to the year
objective.
STEP 7.
Divide the activities for each objective into 3-month groups.
Ask yourself “What are the activities that I should do in the first
Three months to achieve my goal? Write them down.
Then think about the activities you will need to track in
the next three months. Breaking down the objectives into
manageable, bite-sized pieces, you’ll feel more in control.
The secret is that this divide and rule approach keeps
Achieving your goals doesn’t get overwhelmingly complicated.
STEP 8.
Make YOUR goals YOURS.
It is time to check the reality. Don’t set a goal that
your spouse (or anyone else) wants for you.
Review your current goals to make sure they are REALLY met
YOUR needs, not someone else’s wants for you. you never
be successful in achieving goals that are not motivated by your
own wishes.
Also, don’t compare your goals with other people’s:
you will always fall short. The reality is that we usually
compare our worst traits to someone else’s best traits and
We can never win that way.
Let’s recap these 8 steps to goal setting …

* Step 5. Distinguish between goals and activities.
* Step 6. Create deadlines for your goals.
STEP 9.
Write your goals as if they have already been met.

This helps your subconscious mind to see the end result.
STEP 10.
Build confidence in yourself and your abilities.
Stay “sold on yourself.” Here are some techniques you can
use …
* Listen to motivational CDs and tapes every day in your car or
while traveling.
* Make your statements daily and monitor your internal dialogue.
* Address all activities without giving any recognition to the
possibility of defeat.
* Focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses.
* Recognize and honor your personal power point found in
this moment.
* Develop a determination to meet your goals
regardless of obstacles, circumstances or criticism.
STEP 11.
Review your monthly goals.
The first day of the month is the perfect time to set up a
ritual review of goals. This should be the time that you can be
honest with yourself about the goals you are truly committed to
and how you can improve your strategies. You must also be
honest with yourself about what goals are just paper dreams yeah
you’re not really going to pay the price to achieve them.
STEP 12.

achievement.
