Midnight in Paris is a movie about figuring out your place in the universe. It features some of the great literary heroes of the 20th century and features a great cast. It’s also a fun time travel film that features a cameo from Carla Bruni. It takes you through time to see the great literature and art of the past.

The film is directed by Woody Allen and stars Owen Wilson as Gil Pender, a nostalgic screenwriter who considers the 1920s to be a golden age of thought. He meets many important artists, writers, and musicians during his time in Paris, including Picasso and the Fitzgeralds. Aside from the artists and writers he meets, Pender also meets a famous writer named Hemingway.

During his time in Paris, they meet Cole Porter, an artist who has a similar passion to his. The two also visit a nightclub and visit Josephine Baker.

Midnight In Paris is full of comic moments, but it’s also a powerful commentary on the life of an artist. In a humorous way, the movie depicts the basic struggles an artist must endure, and the lessons that lie beneath them.
