My home remedy for acid reflux

You are probably like me. You’ve probably been doing everything wrong to treat your heartburn because nothing has worked. And yet you may not be able to see where you’ve gone wrong. I mean, do what the doctors say. You grab these so called acid reflux remedies from the local store and pharmacy and even from Amazon. So what is the problem?

I finally figured it out, actually. The key to stopping heartburn is understanding what causes it. If you don’t know what’s causing your heartburn, you clearly can’t stop the causes. If you can’t stop the causes, you can’t hope to stop the symptoms. Plus, who wants to JUST stop the symptoms?

After all, symptoms are our body’s way of telling us that something isn’t right. So the key, then, is to really HEAL the problem. Hmm… cure the problem, you say. Seems like a relatively new idea. Western medicine has had a long tradition of quelling the symptoms and calling that their treatment for acid reflux disease.

Well that never worked for me. And since you’re here, I guess it hasn’t worked for you either. To stop heartburn, we need to know the causes. If we stop the causes, we will have the key to cure acid reflux.

I eat?

It was then that I decided to abandon Western Medicine and its so-called heartburn remedies. It was time to find my own home remedy for heartburn. No, I’m not a doctor. I am someone, however, who has asked doctors for help, without success. That puts me in the same position as them considering that none of us knows everything.

It became clear to me the more I studied about the acid reflex that this situation is the product of a toxic environment. So my acid reflux home remedy needed to detoxify my system so that I could cure acid reflux naturally.

Therefore, I tried alternating my diet with a “detox diet” to try to cure my acid reflux. Below is what I suggest for your natural home remedies for heartburn:

Eat:

– cabbages

– Blueberries

– Onions

– Carrots

– Watermelons

– apples

-Spinach

– Grapes

– raw nuts

– Gluten-free cereals

– Vegetable soups

Get away of:

-Meat

– Refined carbohydrates

– Processed foods

– White sugar

-Wheat

– Caffeine

– Chocolate

-Alcohol

– Tobacco

Following these guidelines in my home remedy for acid reflux has really helped me stop my heartburn. I hope it helps you too.
