If you do grow marijuana then you may be breaking some laws. Police in Northern Ireland are very experienced in catching people growing marijuana. You could even end up facing arrest and prosecution under the Miscellany Act. The laws regarding this state include growing or supplying plants with an outstanding amount of seeds or young plants. If you have more than five plants then you may also be breaking the law.

There are many other laws regarding marijuana in Northern Ireland. So you need to be aware. One thing is for sure is that you cannot grow it indoors. You can grow it outdoors but you will need a license. If you are caught doing this then you will face heavy fines.
