The new flying with Monkey Delta by Westender is the ultimate remote control game. It’s a realistic and challenging game that you can play alone or up to two players at the same time against some of the best competition available in the marketplace today. It’s a single player game where each player flies a Delta II jet in an attempt to shoot down military targets. It’s like playing a military simulation with the joy of remote control.
Each player controls a separate machine gun and fires a spread of ammunition throughout the battle field. Players will need to carefully hit their targets without hitting anything else. The Delta II jets can’t see or hear anything, so all they are concerned with is hitting their target. They can switch from one weapon to another quickly and without taking their eyes off the screen. Plus they have special targeting technology and powerful defenses against every enemy type they encounter.
As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock new weapons and defenses. After a devastating first shot, you’ll be able to unleash a pair of missiles which home in on your primary targets. These missiles fly very accurately and at a very high altitude. They’re also armed with a machine gun that allows them to take out multiple enemies with one shot.

Once you’ve mastered the basics of flying, you can choose to challenge yourself with more complicated maneuvers. There are a total of nine levels to this exciting game. Each level has a different objective and challenges for your flying skills. It’s up to you to complete each challenge within the time limit. If you don’t hit anything on the first try, you have to go back and re-try until you do.
The game isn’t too complex and easy. There are no over the top buttons here. Everything is pretty basic. It makes it easy for younger kids to pick up the techniques. In fact, it’s probably a good idea to teach younger kids how to play before they get a chance to use real military hardware.
This game is one of the newest releases for Xbox Live Arcade. It’s a great time-waster and an excellent addition to any fan’s library. Although the controls may seem a bit awkward at first, they eventually get used to and the fun of flying with Monkey Delta is soon forgotten.
