How Ganoderma Lucidum helps prevent and stop allergies and sinus problems!

By admin Jul25,2023

Do you suffer from allergies? Do you have red, puffy eyes when you wake up in the morning… that feel like they’re filled with sand and itch so bad you want to rip your eyeballs out? Any form of scratching or rubbing will help…it will only make things worse. It drives you crazy! Then the runny nose starts…followed by a hacking cough and a sinus migraine that would stop a truck. My headaches were getting so bad that I just wanted to die. I would go to my room, turn off the lights, cover my face with the heating pad, and pray that it would calm down a bit and finally go away. No amount of sinus medication or allergy pills seemed to help. If anything, it escalated things.

Have you experienced some or all of these uncomfortable symptoms that have made your life miserable? Trying to go through a normal routine, taking care of young children, doing chores, going to my workplace, and trying to be courteous to people in the workplace was almost impossible. I worked for a lawyer and trying to take dictation and type on the typewriter (before computers) was horrible. Every pound of the keys feels vibrations in my head that were horrible and I just wanted the work day to be over so I could go home. But at home things were no better. Most of the time it was only the passing of the hours that brought any relief. I just had to bear it. It was not a pleasant experience! It’s not something you want to see someone else have to deal with. That is why I am writing this article, in the hope that it will help someone who is experiencing what I went through to find some relief.

As I began my search for answers, I discovered something I didn’t know before and it changed the way I approached my allergy issues. The following is information that helped me find solutions to my problems:

A. Immune System Deficiencies:

“When the immune system is deficient or not working properly, it leaves the body susceptible to a wide range of diseases. However, allergies and hypersensitivity to certain substances are considered immune system disorders.”

B. Allergies are disorders of the immune system:

“Allergies are disorders of the immune system. Most allergic reactions are the result of an immune system responding to a ‘false alarm’. Symptoms…” Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

If you have allergies and you walk into a room where someone has sprayed perfume on themselves… how long does it take for your nose to tell you that it doesn’t like the smell? What if you go to a friend’s house and his cat decides she prefers your lap to any other comfortable spot in the room? Much more seriously, what if you’re allergic to bee stings or peanuts… that could be life threatening. If you have an immune system disorder, all of the above are concerns to be aware of. Allergies can also trigger asthma attacks that can be very serious, even deadly.

Due to major surgery that depleted my immune system, I developed not only allergies…but also an asthmatic condition that was so severe that I was taken to the hospital on several occasions for emergency treatment. I was constantly fighting allergy attacks and living in fear of another asthma attack that would send me back to the hospital. After going to an asthma and allergy specialist, only to find out that my condition was chronic and would not get better but would get worse over time… I decided to look into alternative treatments and supplements that could help alleviate my condition.

An answer at last!

It wasn’t until I became aware of the fact that allergies are caused by immune disorders that the “light bulb” went on. Neither my doctor nor the specialists I went to provided me with this information. If they had, it would have helped me tremendously in my search for a solution. They either didn’t know or felt the information would be beyond my comprehension, I’m not sure… but without that information, I would still be suffering from this problem today.

A friend of mine gave me a sample of coffee with an herb that had an immediate effect on my immune system allergy symptoms. At first, I couldn’t understand why a cup of this coffee, with this particular herb, could suddenly take away my sinus headache. This herb is called Red Reishi Mushroom. I started doing some research and this is what I found.

Many studies have been done on Reishi’s effects on the immune system, including its anti-allergic/anti-inflammatory actions.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Reishi’s anti-allergic action became the subject of ongoing research in both China and Japan. Studies have shown that Reishi inhibited all four types of allergic reactions, with positive effects on asthma and contact dermatitis. Depression can also be caused by food allergies. Research shows Reishi greatly helps in eliminating food allergies. Reishi revitalizes the blood and helps normalize IgG, an immunoglobulin responsible for triggering many food allergies.

What is Ganoderma Lucidum anyway?

Red Reishi, also known as Ganoderma Lucidum, is grown mainly in the Orient. Those who study Reishi for its medicinal purposes are amazed at its versatility in working with the human body. Its adaptogenic properties make it the most powerful herb on the planet… earning it the status of “King of Herbs” in China. Natural foods like Reishi exist in nature for a reason, they give us the help we need to keep our bodies in tune, providing antioxidants and nutrients that our diet does not provide. Orientals practice preventative medicine and Reishi tops their list in disease prevention. Do you think maybe we could learn a lesson from them?

How does Ganoderma work?

I needed to know more about how this amazing herb could be so effective. I did more research and found the answer… I found that Reishi supports and strengthens the immune system. It has so many properties that I decided to continue my growth of knowledge about this amazing herb. I have been able to reach many, many people who, after trying this herb, have discovered that it has the ability to provide solutions to their many health problems. I am in awe of this miraculous mushroom called Red Reishi and my continued research has increased my appreciation of what nature can provide us with and I will continue to pass this valuable information on to all who want to benefit from my findings.
