Athletic advancement in less than 21 days

Do we really want to take our fitness to the next level? Are we truly committed to doing whatever it takes to change our habits from not exercising at all to being perfectly fit in the next 21 days? Do we want to take our athletic performance to the highest possible level that we can? Are we committed to becoming professional athletes in the sport we love the most? What would it take for us to be HUMBLE and follow a regular daily routine exercise program?

What is your short-term athletic goal that you have? What prevents you from exercising every day after knowing the benefits in your personal well-being? What are the beliefs you have about yourself and your personal fitness? What are your main sports goals? Do you want to become a professional athlete? What team do you want to play for? Are you aware of your strengths and the areas you need to grow in your athletic abilities? Are you willing to take your body training to have the ideal body you always dreamed of having? If you’re not achieving your personal fitness goal, what’s really standing in the way of you taking action? What are we pretending that we are not in the action and acting world? What are our aspirations and fears that keep us from being truly committed to producing optimal athletic results? What would it be like if you gathered all your maximum sports performance in the sport you love the most? What would it be like if you were in the best shape of your body and always felt energized with the enthusiasm to live life to the fullest?

I asked myself all those questions to start giving up all my resistance and live life fully by being on the sports field every day because that is my authentic self-expression where I can express myself to the highest level of excellence. I know for a fact that HUMILITY is the key to performing at your best in any sport. I remember being a child playing soccer barefoot in my neighborhood and little by little I became a master of the game of soccer that I ended up being captain and player of a great soccer team -Club Deportivo El Suace- in my home town of La Ceiba. . Athletics is about being in action. You can perform at your best in any sport by putting your mind to it in less than 21 days of intense training. You can go from being unmotivated to exercise to fully excited and committed to training every day in 21 days of personal fitness commitment.
