Breathe, Feel and Discover your Spirituality – Fundamental of Life!

Sounds a bit strange, right? What do I really mean? You would be surprised. If you don’t already realize it, the power of how you breathe in some situations can create feelings and results in a very positive way. Your breath is more powerful when you exhale. Some very personal ways that you have probably already experienced this with positive results in one way or another, would be when you go to the bathroom, engage in physical activity and exercise, during sexual intercourse, or during labor.

Accentuated feelings can be experienced when caressing or interacting with your pets, animals or when thinking about the person you love madly.

You may physically feel a soulful sensation around your heart and in the pit of your stomach.

The point is to be aware of how you feel when you exhale in some of your activities and with happy thoughts going through your mind.

Try to meditate and focus your thoughts as you exhale. Allow yourself peace and time, increasing your awareness, allowing yourself to focus and believe.

Daily practice would be ideal. Use long, deep breaths. This helps adjust the wavelength of your energy, similar to radio signals.

As you can imagine, there are many books and articles on these topics, teaching you more than one way to achieve the results you seek.

Give meditation a try and you will be pleasantly surprised at the opportunities you will be open to.

Opportunities often surround us, and our decisions and thoughts will guide us as to whether or not we see the situation as an opportunity.
